The Advice Process

First and foremost, Myles Wealth Management focuses totally on providing advice that will assist clients to meet their financial and lifestyle goals.

In other words, we will not sit down at the first meeting and try to “sell” you investment products. We want to start by understanding what is important to you.

We will ascertain from the information you provide, what investment returns you need and then design an investment strategy accordingly. We feel this approach is critical to success.

Our adviser’s are paid by salary. Their only concern is your best interests.

 

The Investment Philosophy

Myles Wealth Management’s investment philosophy is centred on our desire to ensure our clients are not exposed to permanent loss of capital from their investing activities.

The investment strategies that Myles Wealth Management use are leading edge:

  • designed to achieve specific returns over minimum time periods
  • strategies are tax effective
  • clients are informed as to what volatility (or risk) may exist within investments they select
  • currency risk is managed
  • there are no additional fees or costs for changing the investment
  • we utilise the world’s leading fund managers to manage the various components that make up a client’s portfolio
  • investment managers are employed on their ability to add value
  • we access fund managers who are not normally available to New Zealand investors (unless they have at least US$10 million to invest).

 

The Service

Client’s portfolios are reported on a quarterly, six monthly, or even yearly basis. However, because investment markets are so dynamic and constantly changing, (at what seems to be an ever increasing rate), it is essential that the investment strategies are adapted on a timely basis, as and when is necessary.

We meet with the clients – not only to review how the investments are performing, but also to see whether there needs to be a change in plans due to your circumstances or goals altering. This focus is important for the ongoing success of managing your financial wealth.

Myles Wealth Management do not recommend investments to clients and then leave them to it.

You have access to your adviser as you require. This is part of what you pay for under our fees for service. We are here to help you manage your way through all environments and when change occurs.

This ongoing relationship will ensure that your investment strategy remains consistent with your stated objectives.
